What happens after I sign a lease agreement?

Signing a lease agreement is one of the steps in the lease signing process, with the signing of a lease agreement by the landlord occurring at the time the reservation request is approved. Once the landlord approves the reservation request, the lease agreement is signed by them and it's your turn.

The moment the lease signing process is completed, including the physical crediting of the money to the Flatio collection account, the lease agreement becomes valid and the contact details of the landlord are displayed in the My Housing web app, allowing you to arrange the handover of the accommodation with the landlord (not with Flatio).
