I want to list a property on Flatio. What should it look like?
We list any property or room in a property that meets the following two standards:
It's fully furnished
Due to the length of tenancy that most Flatio tenants are looking for (usually 1-6 months), it's necessary to offer a fully furnished rental unit. Tenants renting for a shorter period than a year don't want the stress or expense of finding a suitable bed, chair, table, or appliances; they just want to move in with a suitcase of clothes and personal items. It has an Internet (Wi-Fi) connection
Most Flatio tenants are corporate clients or students. Both groups need an active Internet connection in the form of Wi-Fi - due to the rapid development of technological products, many devices can no longer use a traditional cable connection.

A fully equipped rental unit that includes Internet access is the Flatio standard. That's what we promise your potential tenants, and it's the minimum they expect. Everything else is a matter of personal taste, e.g. the furnishings. We don't tell you how your accommodation should be decorated, but we know from experience that our customers most often choose a clean, airy environment where they feel comfortable and at home.
