The landlord hasn't responded to my reservation request. What should I do?

What if a landlord doesn't react to your reservation request within the 24-hour window? See why it can happen and what you can do about it!

It may happen that the landlord doesn't respond to your reservation request within 24 hours. (If this is the case, it usually happens on days off, i.e. weekends, public holidays, or private vacations).

In this case, the reservation request will be automatically rejected by our system.

We recommend that you make a new reservation request for another accommodation. However, if you're still interested in the same accommodation, you can create the reservation request again or contact the landlord directly via the listing details to find out if it's possible to book the accommodation.
