Standard 24 hours. If the lease signing process isn't completed within 24 hours after the reservation request is approved (or not at all), the landlord has the right to cancel the entire reservation (see Article 6 - Other Provisions, Paragraph 5). It's their sole responsibility to decide whether or not to wait for the process to be completed.
So, if you already know that you can't complete the lease signing process within the 24-hour period but you still want this booking, contact the landlord through the "Messages" section of the My Housing web app and explain your situation. We believe that you'll find a solution together.
