The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with a single bed, and the upstairs bedroom (in the attic) with two single beds and a sofa bed. Be mindful this last bedroom has low ceilings, so it's not suitable for tall people.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
→ Living room
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, and a cozy decor.
→ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is "Self-Catered." Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only – replacements or refills are not included.
￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The cleaning fee included in your booking only covers check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee – these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, the keys must be placed inside the lockbox.

Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett, das zweite mit einem Einzelbett und das obere Schlafzimmer (im Dachgeschoss) mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Schlafsofa. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das letzte Schlafzimmer niedrige Decken hat und daher nicht für große Menschen geeignet ist.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder, eines mit Badewanne und eines mit Dusche.

￫ Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden entsprechend der in Ihrer Buchung bestätigten Personenzahl gestellt. Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 7 Nächten wird beim Check-in ein zusätzliches Bett- und Bad-Set kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
￫ Die in Ihrer Buchung enthaltene Reinigungsgebühr deckt nur die Endreinigung ab. Eine zusätzliche Reinigung oder ein zusätzlicher Wäschewechsel kann während Ihres Aufenthalts gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr angefordert werden - diese Anfragen müssen mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus gestellt werden.

Bitte lassen Sie die Schlüssel nicht im Schloss oder im Briefkasten liegen. Falls technische Hilfe benötigt wird, um die Tür aufzuschließen, oder falls die Schlüssel und/oder das Schloss beschädigt werden, gehen die Kosten für diesen Service zu Lasten des Gastes. Bei Verlust des Schlüssels wird eine Strafe fällig.
