When you step out from the apartment to the main street, there is a bus stop. Behind you is the Euro Plaza Hotel, and directly across is the entrance of the British Consulate, next to the Rixos Hotel. If you cross at the traffic lights, you reach Pera (the former TRT and Odakule building), essentially entering İstiklal Street near Galatasaray. Therefore, it is close to both metro stations (Taksim and Şişhane). It is also within walking distance to the Tünel, where you can access ferries and boats.
In short, everything is easily accessible. Many students from different universities have stayed here, and it offers the advantage of being right in the heart of the city.

Da es sich um mein eigenes Eigentum handelt, kann ich einen notariell beglaubigten Mietvertrag ausstellen. Dies ist bei Airbnb-ähnlichen Vermietungen oft eine Herausforderung und stellt daher einen bedeutenden Vorteil dar.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei separate Zimmer. Darüber hinaus vermitteln die Deckenhöhe von 3,5 Metern und der fast 3 Meter lange Flur trotz der relativ kleinen Größe eines der Zimmer ein sehr großzügiges und voluminöses Raumgefühl.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem Whirlpool, dekorativen Glasbausteinelementen, zwei französischen Balkonen sowie originalgetreuen Guillotinefenstern ausgestattet.
Sie befindet sich im ersten Stock über dem Hauseingang (nur eine Treppe). Auf der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Dachterrasse im 6. Stock bietet sich zudem ein außergewöhnlicher Blick auf das Goldene Horn. Ich werde Fotos dieses Bereichs nachreichen, da sie mir derzeit noch nicht vorliegen.
Die Wohnung ist mit einem Pronet-Alarmsystem und einer verstärkten Sicherheitstür ausgestattet.
Die Miete beinhaltet keine Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Erdgas); diese werden nach Verbrauch abgerechnet. Auf Wunsch kann ich jedoch auch einen Pauschalpreis inklusive Nebenkosten anbieten, um die Vereinbarung und Nutzung zu vereinfachen.
An der Ecke befindet sich ein rund um die Uhr geöffneter Lebensmittelladen, und direkt gegenüber liegt ein Hotel. Die Lage ist lebendig und sicher.
Lageinformationen:
Wenn Sie aus der Wohnung auf die Hauptstraße treten, befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Hinter Ihnen liegt das Euro Plaza Hotel, und direkt gegenüber befindet sich der Eingang des britischen Konsulats, neben dem Rixos Hotel. Überqueren Sie die Straße an der Ampel, gelangen Sie nach Pera (ehemaliges TRT- und Odakule-Gebäude) – also direkt in die İstiklal-Straße in der Nähe von Galatasaray. Somit ist die Wohnung sowohl zur Taksim- als auch zur Şişhane-Metrostation günstig gelegen. Außerdem ist sie fußläufig zum Tünel erreichbar, von wo aus Sie Zugang zu Fähren und Booten haben.
Kurz gesagt: Alles ist bequem erreichbar. Zahlreiche Studierende verschiedener Universitäten haben hier bereits gewohnt und den Vorteil geschätzt, sich mitten im Herzen der Stadt zu befinden.
