The living room is located on the first floor and comes with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The 2 sofas can also be converted into sofa beds sleeping 2 additional guests. On the first floor, guests will have the second double bedroom sleeping 2 guests. The bathroom is clean and neat, it comes with a shower and a bathtub, and it’s located on the ground floor. The home is also equipped with high-speed WiFi and plenty of space to get work done should you need it.
You’ll have access to the house at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Located minutes away by foot from all historical colleges, restaurants, pubs, cafes, museums and everything Cambridge has to offer. There's also a Waitrose 100m away, open 7:00-22:00 most days, and the newly renovated Grafton Centre nearby. To get to the Varsity Hotel & Spa with its amazing gym, wellness area and rooftop restaurant just take a 5-10 min. walk across the Common and Jesus Green.
All historical sites and museums are within easy walking distance, as the property itself is located in the city centre, within the characteristic bend of the Cam that contains all the city's historical colleges. On-street parking is available at no extra cost, but must be pre-booked. Bicycles can be rented nearby. Several bus-stops are within an 80m radius of the property. Cambridge Station is located outside of the city centre and is 20 minutes away by foot, or £8 and 5-10 minutes by taxi.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Sie haben jederzeit Zugang zum Haus. Da das Haus mit einem Schlüsselkasten ausgestattet ist, können Sie jederzeit nach 15 Uhr einchecken, aber bitte achten Sie auf den Lärm nach 21 Uhr.

Alle historischen Stätten und Museen sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, da das Hotel selbst im Stadtzentrum liegt, in der charakteristischen Biegung des Cam, in der sich alle historischen Colleges der Stadt befinden. Parkplätze auf der Straße sind ohne zusätzliche Kosten verfügbar, müssen aber im Voraus reserviert werden. Fahrräder können in der Nähe ausgeliehen werden. Mehrere Bushaltestellen befinden sich in einem Radius von 80 m um die Unterkunft. Der Bahnhof von Cambridge liegt außerhalb des Stadtzentrums und ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten oder mit dem Taxi für £ 8 in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über mehrere Etagen, so dass es für Gäste, die Schwierigkeiten mit Treppen haben, schwierig sein kann, die gesamte Wohnung zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat viel natürliches Licht und ist sehr hell. Reisebetten können auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden, aber die Gäste müssen ihre eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen.
