There are 1 bathroom, a big and open Balcony with a magnificent view over the Marina where you can relax at the Sun Chairs. A modern and elegant kitchen with almost all facilities, and free access to the Parking Space. With Meia-Praia and Praia da Batata beach right 10 min walking distance, this lovely apartment is a great base for a relaxing holiday or winter getaway."
I'm renting my Apartment at Lagos Marina for a maximum of 7 months (Available from 01st of November 2022 until 31st of May 2023). The Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable living (Linen; Blanket's; Towels; Pots; Dishes, Glasses and Cutlery). The Kitchen is equipped with almost everything (Fridge with Frozen; Micro-Wave; Oven; Dishwasher; Hotplate, etc). Does not have a Clothes Washing Machine, but there are several Self-Service Laundries all around, since it's a Vacation destination.
All the expenses (Monthly Condominium and Security Expenses, Water, Electricity, Gaz, Internet and Cable TV) until the limit of 250 Eur per month are included.
Weekly washing/changing of bed linen and bathroom towels is offered.

Ich vermiete mein Apartment in Lagos Marina für maximal 7 Monate (verfügbar vom 01. November 2022 bis 31. Mai 2023). Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für ein komfortables Leben benötigen (Bettwäsche, Decken, Handtücher, Töpfe, Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck). Die Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach; Mikrowelle; Backofen; Geschirrspüler; Kochplatte, etc). Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, aber es gibt mehrere Selbstbedienungs-Waschsalons in der Umgebung, da es sich um ein Urlaubsziel handelt.
Alle Ausgaben (monatliche Kosten für Wohnung und Sicherheit, Wasser, Strom, Gas, Internet und Kabelfernsehen) bis zu einem Höchstbetrag von 250 Eur pro Monat sind inbegriffen.
Wöchentliches Waschen/Wechseln von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern wird angeboten.
