The house has been recently refurbished in a modern style, featuring designer and modern furniture throughout and it comes with 4 spacious bedrooms. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light. Guests will also be able to enjoy the private garden and allocated parking space.
The apartment is located in a residential area, not too far from Notting Hill and from plenty of beautiful parks, ideal to enjoy warmer weather days. The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright open plan living and dining area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a big dining table, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. The kitchen is located in a separate room and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. Next to the kitchen there is an additional living area that opens up directly to the rear garden, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. On this floor guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and they feature 2 king size beds, one double bed, and 2 single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and one comes with an en suite bathroom with shower. On this floor guests will also find another bathroom with a modern bathtub. On the second and last floor, guests will find the fourth bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. All the bathrooms are clean and neat and all the bedrooms offer plenty of natural light. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is a short bus ride away. With 2 different tube stations so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
