The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a modern building in a private condominium in Oeiras. The condominium offers all the security and privacy you need to fully enjoy your vacation.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double bed.

￫ Living/Dining room
The living room has a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, dining table for 4, and plenty of sunlight.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub and shower.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, washer&dryer and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

Das Anwesen ist eine gute Wahl für Familienurlaube oder Gruppenreisen, da es nur 15 Minuten mit dem Zug vom Stadtzentrum Lissabons entfernt ist. Die hervorragende Ausstattung und der hohe Komfort machen es zum idealen Ort für einen perfekten Strandurlaub.

Im Gebäude werden derzeit Reparaturarbeiten durchgeführt. Während dieser Zeit steht der Pool nicht zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock (mit Aufzug) eines modernen Gebäudes in einer privaten Wohnanlage in Oeiras. Die Wohnanlage bietet all die Sicherheit und Privatsphäre, die Sie brauchen, um Ihren Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Doppelbett.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Smart-TV, ein bequemes Sofa, einen Esstisch für 4 Personen und viel Sonnenlicht.

￫ Bäder
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne und Dusche.

￫ Küche
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Waschmaschine und Trockner und Kaffeemaschine (Kaffee nicht inbegriffen).

￫ Das Haus ist ein Selbstversorgerhaus. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie eine kostenlose Grundausstattung, einschließlich Toilettenartikel für den ersten Tag, Toilettenpapier usw. Diese Artikel werden nur als Willkommensgruß angeboten - Ersatz oder Nachfüllen wird nicht angeboten.
￫ Bett- und Badwäsche werden entsprechend der in der Reservierung bestätigten Anzahl der Gäste gestellt. Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als 7 Nächten werden zusätzliche Bett- und Badewäsche beim Check-in kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
￫ Die in der Buchung enthaltene Reinigungsgebühr deckt nur die Reinigung beim Check-out ab. Zusätzliche Reinigungen oder frische Wäsche können während Ihres Aufenthalts gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr angefordert werden - diese Anfragen müssen mindestens 24 Stunden im Voraus erfolgen.
￫ Der Check-in beginnt um 16:00 Uhr und der Check-out muss bis 11:00 Uhr erfolgen. Vor der Abreise legen Sie bitte die Schlüssel auf den Tisch.
￫ Während des Aufenthalts ist der Gast für die sichere Aufbewahrung und den ordnungsgemäßen Gebrauch der Schlüssel des Hauses verantwortlich. Bitte lassen Sie sie nicht im Schloss oder im Briefkasten liegen. Falls ein spezialisierter Techniker für die Türöffnung oder bei Beschädigung des Schlüssels und/oder des Schlosses benötigt wird, gehen die Kosten für diesen Service zu Lasten des Gastes. Bei Verlust des Schlüssels wird eine Strafe erhoben.
￫ Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl sind auf Anfrage und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr erhältlich.
￫ Der Pool ist in Betrieb, kann jedoch ohne vorherige Ankündigung von der Wohnanlage gewartet werden.
