Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This lovely townhouse is spread across 3 floors, features a lovely patio and a private garage for bicycles and motorbikes. The home benefits from bright areas and a modern kitchen opening up to a private garden. The first and second floor come with three bedrooms and the fourth one is located on the ground floor.

This home has been recently refurbished in a modern style and benefits from new furniture and interiors. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and it comes fully equipped and ready for guests to use. It also comes with a dining table and opens up to a private garden, ideal to enjoy drinks or meals together during warmer days. Next to the kitchen, there is also a small toilet for guests added convenience. On this floor, guests will also find a cosy and narrow living room with a comfortable sofa and a mounted TV. This room can only seat up to 6 people comfortably. Just off the living room, guests will find the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Going up to the first floor, guests will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, and the family bathroom with a comfortable bathtub. The last bedroom with a double bed is located on the second floor and it comes with a ceiling window making this room very bright. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done whilst visiting. The home also offers a garage for guests to park only bicycles and motorbikes, located on the ground floor next to the garden. The garage will not fit any type of car. If you do wish to use the garage please make sure that you are able to close the door as it can not be left open.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home is close to beautiful green spaces, in a perfect location for friends or family and the centre of Oxford is walking distance, approximately 20 minutes away. You will be spoilt for choice where to look with Oxfords ancient heritage and beautiful academic buildings. You’re also never too far from Oxford’s great nightlife.

Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. The living area could result a little small for full occupancy of 8 guests and it can only seat 6 guests. Please be aware that the garage cannot be used for cars as it's very small. Only bicycles and motorbikes can be parked there. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

Dieses schöne Stadthaus erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen, verfügt über einen schönen Innenhof und eine private Garage für Fahrräder und Motorräder. Das Haus verfügt über helle Räume und eine moderne Küche mit Zugang zu einem privaten Garten. Im ersten und zweiten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und das vierte im Erdgeschoss.

Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich in einem modernen Stil renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln und Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet. Die Küche befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist komplett ausgestattet und steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Sie ist mit einem Esstisch ausgestattet und öffnet sich zu einem privaten Garten, der ideal ist, um an wärmeren Tagen Getränke oder gemeinsame Mahlzeiten zu genießen. Neben der Küche befindet sich auch eine kleine Toilette, die den Gästen zusätzlichen Komfort bietet. Auf dieser Etage finden die Gäste auch ein gemütliches, schmales Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Sofa und einem montierten Fernseher. In diesem Raum finden nur bis zu 6 Personen bequem Platz. Direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett und einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche. Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit einem Etagenbett, sowie das Familienbad mit einer komfortablen Badewanne. Das letzte Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett befindet sich im zweiten Stock und verfügt über ein Deckenfenster, das diesen Raum sehr hell macht. Das Haus bietet auch High-Speed-WiFi und einen Arbeitsbereich, falls Sie während Ihres Besuchs etwas arbeiten müssen oder wollen. Das Haus bietet auch eine Garage für die Gäste nur Fahrräder und Motorräder zu parken, im Erdgeschoss neben dem Garten gelegen. Die Garage bietet keinen Platz für Autos aller Art. Wenn Sie die Garage nutzen möchten, vergewissern Sie sich bitte, dass Sie das Tor schließen können, da es nicht offen gelassen werden kann.

Sie haben jederzeit Zugang zum Haus. Da das Haus mit einem Schlüsselkasten ausgestattet ist, können Sie jederzeit nach 15 Uhr einchecken, aber bitte achten Sie auf den Lärm nach 21 Uhr.

Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von schönen Grünflächen, in einer perfekten Lage für Freunde oder Familie und das Zentrum von Oxford ist zu Fuß erreichbar, etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Mit Oxfords altem Erbe und den schönen akademischen Gebäuden haben Sie die Qual der Wahl, wo Sie sich umsehen möchten. Auch Oxfords großartiges Nachtleben ist nie zu weit entfernt.

Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses ist das Zentrum Oxfords größtenteils zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Sie können sich auch ein Taxi rufen oder Uber benutzen, um sich fortzubewegen.

Das Haus ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen und eignet sich daher nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über mehrere Etagen und Gäste, die Schwierigkeiten mit Treppen haben, könnten Schwierigkeiten haben, die gesamte Wohnung zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat viel natürliches Licht und ist durchweg schön hell. Der Wohnbereich könnte bei voller Belegung mit 8 Gästen etwas klein ausfallen und bietet nur 6 Gästen Platz. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Garage nicht für Autos genutzt werden kann, da sie sehr klein ist. Nur Fahrräder und Motorräder können dort abgestellt werden. Reisebetten können auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden, aber die Gäste müssen ihre eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen.

Bitte keine Partys und kein Rauchen. Bitte nehmen Sie Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn und beschränken Sie den Lärm nach 21 Uhr auf ein Minimum.
