45 minutes from airport by bus .
Pireus port in 20 minutes by metro .
All kind of shops in waliking distance
Aircondition and electric fans also available .
In winter central heating and electric air heating in every room is available .
The apartment is 133 sm on 3d floor , room is 12 sm , with balcony , desk , bed table , closets , chair , linen , blankets , bed lamp and desk light .
Available only for more or at least 60 days stay.

Here is some information about coming to the appartment
By bus ( X 95 )from the airport it takes 45 minutes to Evangelismos ( Regiles or Hilton ) , the nearest station to the house . From there you can take a taxi ( there are taxis parked near the stop almost always ) and be here in 5 minutes or walk 20 minutes .

If you come by train or from the port of Pireus tell me to send you information .

Having a test before you come is recommended .

I may help you in visiting sights and archeological monuments . Museum books in English are available in the appartment . Ιn this house only i live and nobody visits me . I have no health problems .There are sanitising and cleansing gel bottles in every part of the house .

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
