My apartment is situated in the city of Matosinhos, very close to Porto (20 min). It’s well located, being a short walk the metro station, the beach and one of the largest parks in the country. The city is very calm, with good means of transport and a variety of restaurants, shopping centres, recreation areas and surf schools.

I offer a large single bedroom with a private bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen. Towels and bed sheets are provided. It’s a very comfortable and quiet place to stay.

The apartment is also a 5 min walk from an innovative coworking space, popular with a number of digital nomads.

Totalmente recomendable, el piso es muy elegante y la habitación muy amplia con una cama grande y mucho espacio para organizar. Dispone de escritorio de estudio y salida exterior a un balcón desde la habitación. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de la playa, del centro de la ciudad, de supermercados y accesos de transporte o en coche cercanos.

Let's just say I wish I would've never left! Lurdes' home is bright and spacious, filled with good energy from Lurdes herself and her two super sweet furry friends. The bedroom is cozy and the bed so comfortable. Not to mention the luxury of having your own private bathroom. The location is simply perfect, 10' walk to the beach and 5' walk to the beautiful forest-park. Just next door there is a yoga studio that is supposed to be very good, but I have yet to come back and try it! All the great supermarkets like Mercadona and Continente and even Lidl are very close too. I could make this very long, but I simply had a wonderful stay and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet place, nature nearby, good vibes, a cozy bedroom and the cheerful and infectious energy of Lu!

Regularly I practice my sport activities and meditation. Since I live near the sea and one of the largest parks in the country, I often go to the beach and take a walk in nature. How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
