Bright and spacious private room in shared house

Very bright and spacious private bedroom with two single beds that can also be made to one big double bed. It has a wonderful original wooden floor and a high ceiling. The room is on the first floor, window to the street, south facing and has a lot of sun. There is a movable oil heater and fan, clothes hanger and although there is no desk in the photos, one can be supplied if needed.

This typical Porto house from the 19th century is in Bonfim, located in the heart of the city next to Batalha and Bolhao. Despite being so central this house has a calm feel and garden with a fig and lemon tree where you can bask in the sun or have a smoke (smoking in the house is not permitted).
The building has all the comfort of a modern house, while maintaining its beautiful original architectural style. It has four bedrooms, a shared bathroom, one of the bedrooms on the second floor has an ensuite shower room, two extra WCs, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

About the area: The house is round the corner from Campo Agosto24 metro and the central bus station. Supermarkets and everything you need are close by. Sehr helles und geräumiges privates Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die auch zu einem großen Doppelbett gemacht werden können. Es hat einen wunderschönen originalen Holzboden und eine hohe Decke. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock, Fenster zur Straße, nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat eine Menge Sonne. Es gibt einen beweglichen Ölofen und einen Ventilator, Kleiderbügel und obwohl auf den Fotos kein Schreibtisch zu sehen ist, kann bei Bedarf einer gestellt werden.

Dieses für Porto typische Haus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert befindet sich in Bonfim, im Herzen der Stadt, in der Nähe von Batalha und Bolhao. Trotz der zentralen Lage hat das Haus eine ruhige Atmosphäre und einen Garten mit einem Feigen- und Zitronenbaum, in dem Sie sich sonnen oder eine rauchen können (Rauchen im Haus ist nicht erlaubt).
Das Gebäude verfügt über allen Komfort eines modernen Hauses, wobei der schöne ursprüngliche Baustil erhalten bleibt. Es hat vier Schlafzimmer, ein gemeinsames Badezimmer, eines der Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock hat ein eigenes Duschbad, zwei zusätzliche WCs, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

Über die Gegend: Das Haus liegt gleich um die Ecke von der U-Bahn Campo Agosto24 und dem zentralen Busbahnhof. Supermärkte und alles, was man braucht, sind ganz in der Nähe.
