Diana was a wonderful host and anything I needed was taken care of swiftly and with care. The apartment was beautiful, located in a gorgeous point in Alfama. Would recommend anyone looking to stay in Lisbon to book with Diana. 10/10

Diana is a fabulous host. When I was freezing to death she was kind enough to have an electric heater and extra duvet delivered to my door. She went out of her way to give me advice on things like good places to eat. Highly recommend Diana and her place!

Neighborhood
Really calm and peaceful. Public transport nearby.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the apartment. Our host Diana was very nice but we had some problems with the building:
- The door to the apartment was very hard to open and close
- There is no lift and the common area smells bad
- The apartment has problems with ants (but poison for it was provided)

Good things are that things were mostly in a good shape and looked nice. The internet speed was good, TV was good and the apartment is spacious
- The kitchen was well-equipped but most of the pans were missing their handles

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is not beautiful but it's close to the nice parts of the city

Fresh and cozy apartment in a lovely neighborhood, within walking distance from Porto city center.
The landlord was friendly, helpful and easy to cooperate with.

Diana was very very helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions about the place or the city. I didn't get to meet her as her friend checked me in but she was always available on the phone whenever required. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to make my stay in the city comfortable.
The place was very clean and spotless. It had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The house is located at a walkable distance to all the major tourist attractions of Porto but in a very quiet street. The place smelled amazing with all the room fresheners kept in every area of the house. It was too cold to use the swimming pool but it would be a great place in the summer.
I highly recommend staying at her place and would choose to stay there in future. Thank you Diana for all your help.
