Fantastic place - we spent 6 months in this apartment and absolutely loved it. If we ever come back to to Lisbon for a longer period, I do hope we will be able to stay there again.
You have all the amenities inside, the building is new, so in the winter it stays comfortable, and the owners are lovely. It is actually a small family building, with only three apartments - for the owners and their three boys, downstairs for their parents + the rental, so it feels really intimate.
The location is great for longer stay - far from tourist crowds, and with absolutely magnificent views.

Neighborhood
Very nice part of Lisbon, close to the river, next to a park, and away from all the tourists.

O meu nome é Leonor, tenho 40 anos, uma família e amigos que adoro. Viver em Lisboa é apaixonante, a luz, o rio, o mar por perto, a arquitetura, a cultura, as pessoas...tudo vale a pena. E ter a possibilidade de partilhar tudo isto com pessoas de todo o mundo é incrível. Já tive anteriormente um Alojamento Local (AL) que adorei gerir, mas que, infelizmente, teve que fechar na altura do covid. Agora surge a oportunidade de colocar esta nossa casa também a arrendar, embora não como AL, mas para que muitos possam ter o privilegio de viver, por períodos grandes ou pequenos, nesta cidade e nesta casa que tem um charme fora de série. Vou adorar receber-vos, com a certeza que estarei disponível para o que precisarem, mas dando todo o espaço e sem intromissões. Venham!
