Honestly, the apartment is very poorly equipped. It lacks things that, in my opinion, are basic necessities, but which the host seems to consider "extras," such as a bathroom mat, a toothbrush holder, a toilet brush, or even a broom. Considering that these apartments are intended for medium- to long-term stays, I find this quite absurd.
Furthermore, the dryer is not available inside the apartment for guests' use. Instead, it is located in a basement (which feels somewhat unsanitary) and is shared by the entire building—there is only one dryer for 20 apartments. It would at least make sense to provide a laundry basket to carry clothes back and forth, but not even that is available.
There is also no bed linen replacement service. As a result, not only is doing laundry inconvenient, but if you want to wash your sheets, you have to plan ahead and potentially lose a whole day waiting for the shared dryer to become available when you need it.
If you're staying for a month, you can manage, but I can't imagine staying any longer. What surprised me most is that it isn't cheap to rent. Other than that, the location is fine, and having the shopping mall nearby is convenient.

The neighborhood itself is nothing special, but it's close to the city center, and the bus station is right next door.

Everything went smoothly – communication with the landlord was reliable and without any issues. The apartment matched the description, it’s new, clean, and well-equipped. The location is quiet and suitable for digital nomads – stable internet and plenty of space for both work and relaxation. Overall, a positive experience.
