This apartment was my charming, comfortable second home for 6 months. I was so happy there. It was beautifully decorated, fully functional with all amenities, and in a friendly, safe neighborhood. Friendly and non-touristy. Many local shops, activities (e.g., farmer's market, festivals), and restaurants. Safe and happy.

Kasárna Karlín ("the Karlín barracks") is a great community space. I also really enjoyed Kashmir Hills (Indian restaurant). The Albert grocery store was 2 blocks away and always had great sales and a clean store.

The flat is really nice and located a short walk from the old town, but just outside the tourist area so a bit quieter. It's really conveniently located and has pretty much everything you'd need.

Attila was a great landlord; the flat, being newly refurbished, there were a couple of minor teething problems, but Attila was always on hand should anything crop up. All in all I had a great stay hassle-free stay.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood, with a lot of coffee houses, pubs, even three different supermarkets 5 min walking distance and with a lot of things to do at night without having to go far from your home
I lived there for about 4 months and I felt at home, perfect for one person or a couple.
The owner was really nice and care a lot about the house. Every time I had a problem, even it didn't really affect my day to day life he would fix it as soon as he could without interfering with my life or schedules.
