I appreciate the terms and payments spelled out in the contract. I appreciate the cancellation policy as protection against emergencies.

The service was good, A lot of documents (Government documents) were asked for by me and you still had the Owner request the same documents from me a second time. Just seemed repetitive

Sound postings and easy-to-use platform. Affordable rentals through a safe and reliable platform. Pretty good selection, even for cheaper long-term rentals.

Menší poplatky :D jinak super

O que poderiam fazer para melhorar seria existir a possibilidade colocar no anúncio o valor extra de cobrança de limpeza.

Really liked the customer service and personalized messages. I would really like to see reviews of people though when booking an apartment. That would really help finding the right place for a mid term stay.

It's made for mid term stays

We first sought a reservation and the rate was wrong due to the time of year. When we agreed to a new rate, the service fee doubled. This doesn't seem right since the mistake was made by either the landlord or Flatio. Having to bear this responsibility was hard to swallow.

Friendly use, helpful with future plans.
