Being able to write to the owners without having to subscribe is very convenient. And it makes communication better.

This service helped me sign a contract and move, but there is a payment card restriction policy depending on the region (I couldn't pay with a card from a Georgian bank).

We like the listings. But have had good/bad success with host responsiveness which makes other website like AirBnB more reliable.
