Flatio is easy to use and good for finding a place to stay remotely, with peace of mind. It feels secure, professional and straight-forward, with proper contracts. Although in theory these satisfy visa requirements, the Czech immigration require a wet-ink contract signature (they won't accept a digital contract) and information connecting the landlord to Flatio.

Your support wasn't able to get an answer from the host. And hosts are also using separate communication methods, outside of Flatio which is confusing.

High quality and information density property advertisement, good online booking request system.

the plateform doesn't drive much traffic yet, I rarely gets rentals here. also, it is not very user friendly in terms of navigation, the terms of the contract are not easy to understand (as I get some questions from guests), and it is not so easy to understand the price structure for hosts as well.

I think this survey would be better implemented once a renter has received confirmation or rejection or after their stay if accepted. That said - someone recommended your new service to me and I am sincerely hoping you are trustworthy. The site was easy to use for what I was looking for.

Flatio did what it was supposed to and wasn't intrusive with emails, can't ask for more than that.

It's easy to communicate with landlords and I appreciate sending reminders

Very pleased. Like the protections in place in case the property didn't work out, the transparency and ease. Would use again for something longer than a few weeks.
