interface, simple, moderate fees

Rychlost vyřízení

Easy to navigate the site, and is very professional

Transparentnost

Easy to use

Konkrétnost a jednoduchost procesu.

I like the support team. I dont like that it happens to me quite often potential tenants request my flat and then they do not finalize the process. I understand it is their right, just it is quite complicated and time consuming for me when it happens repeatedly.

I'm dissapointed that there are so many apartments offered at Flatio without a desk or an extra table and without an office chair. We use Flatio only when we want to work remote and it would be very helpful if we could search only for apartments that offer this office equipment.

It was my first time using flatio, and I had a positive experience!

Flatio comes across as being serious, professional and caring for the individual so thank you.

On the Flatio website the offers are well described. Clear information about the rental rules. Positive impressions.
