I would rate Flatio’s services as good overall. The platform is user-friendly, and it was easy to search for and book a rental that suited our family. We were most pleased with the exceptional customer support provided by Flatio. Your team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient, answering all our questions promptly and guiding us through the booking process with ease. One area for improvement would be the responsiveness of hosts on the platform. While we were fortunate to find a wonderful host in Vitoria, many other hosts did not reply to our questions or rental requests, which was frustrating during our search. It would be helpful if Flatio could encourage hosts to be more proactive in responding, as this would make the process smoother for renters.

Flatio is great, this is a good short-term rental option! very user-friendly. Please improve: the dog-friendly filter, as a lot of apartments "allow dogs after agreement " and you can not filter only the apartments that allow that. there is another filter regarding pets but it's not this one and it gives almost no results.

Flatio has been a positive surprise . Very user friendly and the fact that they make our life easier by taking over all the contract formalities is an absolut plus. Taxes charged to hosts are also very balanced, which keeps it attractive to work with FLATIO. Until now everything is working perfectly.
