Teodora has a very nice apartment. It has a studio kitchen and a separate bedroom. Everything as advertised. One thing to mention is it can be a bit chilly, so if you go in cold season make sure to pack warm clothes. Communication with Teodora and her son was very smooth. They are very responsive and helpful. Even provided us with few extra things for the apartment.

You know every other landlord it is a chance to get a new friend. And the case with Denise is the one of these ones. We really happy to be guests of here apartment. My family and I spent almost three weeks in fantastic Sesimbra with its the longest beaches and Mountain's Castly. Thank you for all. Denise always was available and helped us with all our questions. Apartment is really comfortable and has what you need. The Internet connection is stable and speedy. My husband and I worked from this location. Surround people are really friendly. Special thanks for the kitchen equipment. We would like to return one day. Our family consists of 3 members but the apartment is huge and suitable for 5-8 people. All rooms are big and light. The furniture is really good.

+ The location was really nice and the apartment had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were confortable.
- The walls are thin and if you get someone in the room next to you, you will require earplugs to sleep. The internet was unusable in the first room we were in. The internet 's speed varied anywhere from 0mb to 5. As we work remotely, after we complained about the internet, they were nice enough to move us to a room closer to the router. In that room we got around 10mb.

Great modern and light property with great views over Funchal mountains. The flat is centrally located with great access to transport links, groceries and restaurants. The interaction with the owners was really smooth and friendly. Great place to also get some work done with a dedicated work station and fast and reliable broadband. The flat is located close to a busy street however. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

First of all it is a nice cute tiny apartment which I find too small for two people. Well... good price balance though. If you are planning a relatively short stay like a mont-month and a half this is a good apartment. Andy is a lovely person with basic principles. The flat takes in a lot of dust and since it is so close to the road it is impossible to keep the window open during rush hours especially. The flat was dirty when we moved in but it was okay. Also the bed is not appropriate for two people to be sleeping on more than a month. squeaky and very uncomfortable when turned into a sofa too.
