Flatio is a nice plataform , but still with a lot to improve. For now I would say the feedbacks are quite slow from the support team, the timing for tenant confirme the reservation is too long and while the tenant doesn't confirm the booking, the calendar is locked and it is not good for landlord to have the calendar looked for 3days. Because quite often the tenants doesn't confirm the reservation and we lose all this time of waiting. But so far we had good people coming to our place, so overall experience it is good for us.

I am happy with Flatio. I would like to be able to have a specific rate for shorter (5 day) stays, and it would be lovely to have more support in renting the place in slower periods.

Flatio has been a positive surprise . Very user friendly and the fact that they make our life easier by taking over all the contract formalities is an absolut plus. Taxes charged to hosts are also very balanced, which keeps it attractive to work with FLATIO. Until now everything is working perfectly.

Flatio has a good platform, and is clear and fair with the payments. I still think tenants should have to reply to a landlord's message (if they send one) before the 24hrs expire for accepting the reservation, as many things can be cleared up in these exchanges. I hope to continue to rent my house through Flatio
