This country house is part of a olive and carob trees farming property built in middle 1900’s. It was restored and refurbished maintaining all of it’s unique features. It is in the countryside and it is fully equipped and furnished to accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a large kitchen and breakfast nook, equipped with all of the common amenities (stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, expresso / coffee / cappuccino machine).
The living room has the big functional and original fireplace, a 4 seater sofa (that can also be turned into a double bed), dining area, flat screen smart tv (with Netflix app).
There are two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a very spacious bathroom with bathtub.
Our guests will also have access to the private exterior area equipped with a barbecue, dining area, lounge area and garden. The property has private parking space up to 2 cars.
We have available on request the equipment for babys and toddlers (baby cot, children bathtub and feeding chair). Pets are allowed, however we charge an extra cleaning fee for guests bringing their pets. There’s a functional fireplace however we also provide an electric heater and a gas heater.

Es wurde restauriert und renoviert, wobei alle seine einzigartigen Eigenschaften beibehalten wurden. Es liegt auf dem Land und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet, um bis zu 6 Personen unterzubringen.
Es verfügt über eine große Küche und eine Frühstücksecke, ausgestattet mit allen gängigen Annehmlichkeiten (Herd und Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Expresso / Kaffee / Cappuccino-Maschine).
Das Wohnzimmer hat den großen funktionalen und originellen Kamin, ein 4-Sitzer-Sofa (das auch in ein Doppelbett verwandelt werden kann), Essbereich, Flachbildschirm Smart-TV (mit Netflix-App).
Es gibt zwei separate Schlafzimmer (eines mit einem Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten) und ein sehr geräumiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Unsere Gäste haben auch Zugang zu einem privaten Außenbereich mit Grill, Essbereich, Lounge-Bereich und Garten ausgestattet. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz für bis zu 2 Autos.
Wir haben auf Anfrage die Ausrüstung für Babys und Kleinkinder (Babybett, Kinder Badewanne und Fütterung Stuhl) zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind erlaubt, aber wir berechnen eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr für Gäste, die ihre Haustiere mitbringen. Es gibt einen funktionellen Kamin, aber wir bieten auch einen elektrischen Heizofen und einen Gasofen.

Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
