'Ran de Mar' ist eine Ferienvilla, ein altes Fischerhaus, mit Meerblick, direkt am Strand gelegen, in der Gegend namens 'Sa Marina', zwischen Alcúdia und Puerto de Pollensa.

Das komplett restaurierte Haus ist mit viel Charme eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Strand, eine ausgestattete Küche, die zum Wohnzimmer hin offen ist, drei Doppelzimmer (zwei mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten) und zwei Bäder mit Dusche, von denen sich eines am Eingang des Hauses neben dem dritten Schlafzimmer befindet, sowie eine Waschküche.

Das Haus ist mit Klimaanlagen (warm/kalt) in den drei Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer ausgestattet und verfügt über WIFI Internet und SAT-TV.

Es gibt einen Innenhof mit Terrassenmöbeln, einem mobilen Grill und Hängematten, um die Sommerabende zu genießen. Das Highlight des Hauses ist die vordere Terrasse direkt am Meer, die zum Entspannen einlädt, während man den Wellen lauscht und unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge und -aufgänge beobachtet.

Die Gegend ist ideal für Wassersportarten wie Kitesurfen, Windsurfen, Schnorcheln,...

Die Entfernung zum Dorf Alcudia beträgt 1,5 km und die Entfernung zu Puerto de Pollensa 6 km vom Haus aus. Ein Mietauto wird empfohlen.

Sowohl die Stadt Alcudia als auch ihr Hafen bieten eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten, Sie werden sich nicht langweilen, es gibt viel zu sehen, wie zum Beispiel einen Spaziergang in der Altstadt von Alcudia, entlang der Stadtmauer, besuchen Sie die Ruinen der alten römischen Stadt Pollentia, besuchen Sie das römische Theater, die Ermita de la Victoria mit ihren schönen Landschaften, die Strände von San Pere, Sant Joan, S'illot, Alcanada, oder der lange Strand von Puerto de Alcudia und vieles mehr.
