On Flatio since August 2026
Pipa ist der Ort, den wir von ganzem Herzen gewählt haben, um die zweite Hälfte unseres Lebens hier zu verbringen. Dieser Ort ist wie eine Art Blase, in der die Probleme der Welt uns nicht zu erreichen scheinen. Die jährliche Durchschnittstemperatur schwankt zwischen 23 und 28 Grad Celsius und steigt in den Monaten Dezember bis März leicht auf 30 bis 32 Grad an.
Pipa ist sicher und voller unterschiedlicher, einladender Ecken. Die Meerestemperatur beträgt angenehme 24 Grad und es gibt verschiedene Strände, die ihre ganz eigenen Schätze verbergen. Am Strand „Madeiro“ und in der „Baía dos Golfinhos“ (der Delphinbucht) sieht man häufig Delphine. Am „Praia do Amor“ (dem Liebesstrand) kommen zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten Meeresschildkröten an Land, um ihre Eier abzulegen. Der Wechsel der Gezeiten ist sehr ausgeprägt: Er bietet immer wieder neue Möglichkeiten und formt die Umgebung alle sechs Stunden neu.
Eingebettet in die Magie von Pipa liegt unser Haus, ein ganz besonderer Rückzugsort am Ende einer Sackgasse in einer ruhigen, familiären und herzlichen Nachbarschaft. Hier haben wir das Beste aus zwei Welten: eine Oase des Friedens, die gleichzeitig nur 7 Gehminuten vom lebhaften Stadtzentrum und den Stränden entfernt ist.
Mit unendlich viel Liebe haben wir diesen Raum in unser eigenes Heiligtum verwandelt. Hier erholen wir uns vom Trubel, pflegen unseren Garten, praktizieren Yoga, lesen Bücher und machen Musik. Zudem arbeiten wir online mit absolutem Komfort und in aller Ruhe. Wir laden Sie ein, sich von dieser wunderschönen Energie des Lebens am Meer anstecken zu lassen, tief durchzuatmen und das Erlebnis der Casa Saberes so zu genießen, als wäre es Ihr eigenes Zuhause.
Das Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 komplette Badezimmer. Eine Mezzanin (offene Galerie), die als Arbeitsbereich, Wohnzimmer oder Praxisraum dienen kann. Eine ausgestattete Küche und ein Paar Terrassen. Eine davon ist mein Lieblingsplatz für den Sonnenuntergang und um die Sterne und den Mond zu betrachten; die andere ist ein kühler Ort, um die heißesten Nachmittage zu verbringen. Der Garten mit seinem Pool ist ein Ort zum Ausruhen und um den lebendigen Puls des Lebens der Pflanzen und der Vögel, die sie besuchen, zu beobachten. In Pipa lebt und genießt man das Leben im Freien. Auf der Terrasse zu essen, während man die Brise spürt und das üppige Grün genießt, ist einfach das Beste!
