Casa bien situada en pueblo tranquilo de las zonas vitivinícolas del Priorat a 50 mts de la parada del Bus, cerca de la estación del ferrocarril y a sólo 2 minutos del ayuntamiento y las piscinas.
La casa tiene aire acondicionado con bomba de calor, en las dos plantas, en planta baja hay comedor-salón con televisión, sala de estar con chimenea, cocina totalmente equipada con frigorífico-combi No Frost, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, tostador, placa vitro con horno eléctrico, menaje... baño completo, terraza muy soleada con mesa y sillas, habitación de lavado con lavadora, secadora y plancha. En la entrada hay la puerta de acceso al sótano que permanecerá cerrada.
En la primera planta se encuentran tres dormitorios con 1 cama de matrimonio de 150 x 200 en cada uno y en uno de ellos hay además mesa de escritorio con silla. Hay pequeña salita de relax con sofá es de acceso a los dormitorios y el baño (hay una puerta de acceso a la buhardilla que permanecerá cerrada) el baño es completo con WC, lavabo, bidet y bañera

Encontraran la casa limpia y desinfectada con ropas de camas y toallas para todos los ocupantes. También champú y Gel de baño.
Deben comunicarnos a mas tardar el dia antes la hora aproximada de llegada, si hay cambios a última hora en el horario deben avisar, el margen de espera sobre la hora acordada sin previo aviso es de 2 horas, por cada hora o fracción de espera de más sin previo aviso deberán abonar a la persona que le entregue las llaves 15€
Gut gelegenes Haus in einem ruhigen Dorf in den Weinanbaugebieten des Priorat, 50 m von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und nur 2 Minuten vom Rathaus und den Schwimmbädern entfernt.
Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage mit Wärmepumpe auf beiden Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Esszimmer-Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, voll ausgestattete Küche mit No-Frost-Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Ceranfeld mit Elektrobackofen, Geschirr... komplettes Badezimmer, sehr sonnige Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen. Am Eingang befindet sich die Zugangstür zum Keller, die verschlossen bleibt.
Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett von 150 x 200, und in einem davon gibt es zusätzlich einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl. Es gibt ein kleines Entspannungszimmer mit Sofa, das Zugang zu den Schlafzimmern und dem Badezimmer bietet (es gibt eine Zugangstür zum Dachboden, die verschlossen bleibt), das Badezimmer ist komplett mit WC, Waschbecken, Bidet und Badewanne

Sie finden das Haus sauber und desinfiziert vor, mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern für alle Gäste. Außerdem Shampoo und Duschgel.
Sie müssen uns spätestens am Vortag die ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Falls es kurzfristige Änderungen im Zeitplan gibt, müssen Sie uns Bescheid geben. Die Wartezeit über die vereinbarte Uhrzeit hinaus ohne vorherige Ankündigung beträgt 2 Stunden. Für jede weitere angefangene Stunde Wartezeit ohne vorherige Ankündigung müssen Sie der Person, die Ihnen die Schlüssel übergibt, 15€ bezahlen

Hola Soy Carme, la persona que estará pendiente si durante su estancia surgiera cualquier incidencia (mi móvil siempre va conmigo), desde 1997 recibimos gente de todas partes del mundo para las viviendas familiares de las cuales me ocupo yo y aunque en idiomas no voy bien (solo Español, Catalán, Gallego y casi nada de Francés) utilizo el traductor de Google para entenderles y siempre nos hemos entendido con nuestros clientes, estaré encantada de recibirles en Casa Nostra de Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona) y Casa del Priorat Ca la María de Marcà (Falset-Priorat-Tarragona), hasta pronto!!!
