Apartment located on the first floor in a building in the historic heart of Cascais, inserted in a very secure area, surrounded by traditional commerce, restaurants and cafes. It is five minutes from the beaches and the train station to Lisbon.
The apartment was all refurbished with materials, equipment and luxury furniture. It has immense light, windows with double glass and air conditioner for air conditioning.

Both rooms have double beds (140x200), wardrobes, LCD TV so that each guest can individually enjoy their TV with international channels. One of the rooms is suite and the other has the bathroom by the bedroom door. Soap, bath gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided, as well as a hair dryer. Towels, bathrobes and room slippers are available. There is a safe available to guests.
The room has a sofa bed for two extra guests, TV with international channels and wi-fi extensible to the entire apartment. It also includes a six -person table meal zone and a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your home meals. It has plate and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing and drying outfit, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and mixer. It is also available board and iron.

This apartment is inserted in a region near the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, a natural area protected with rare beauty.
It is located in the historic center of Cascais, with its local commerce stores, outdoor restaurants, pastries and bars, also the beaches with calm waters from Estoril coast, Marina and Naval Club of Cascais.
It is also very close, 10 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the area, Guincho Beach, known internationally by surf lovers, windsurf and kite surf and now more recently from Paddle Surf.
It is also very close to Quinta da Marinha, one of the best golf fields in the area, surrounded by green pines.
For lovers of the Equestrian arts, the Equestrian Center is also available at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a complete gym with tennis and paddle.
Within a radius of 5 km you will find the Estoril Congress Center, the Estoril Casino and the Estoril race track.
Lisbon is only 40 minutes car or public transport.

• Loss of key - 100 €
• Locking of the lock that requires technical intervention - client paid for intervention
• Forget the keys inside the apartment, demanding a new visit from Welcomer - 25 €
• A House Manual will be supplied in the apartment at check-in. Please comply with the rules.
