The flat is 5 mins walking from Serdika Metro station that has direct line to Sofia Airport Terminal 2.
You can park on the street per hour by sending text message to 1302 (blue parking zone - meaning central) with your car plate number. It costs a euro and is valid for 1h. You can send a maximum of 2 messages and spent a maximum of 2 hours on a blue zone parking spot. Blue zone works from 8:30 am to 20:00pm. If you wait 15mins after the 2nd hour you can send another 2 text messages. But be aware that the parking guys are quite fast and they could lock your car's tire for a penalty of around 17 eur.
You can also park for a whole day at a dedicated parking just 2 mins from the flat for about 9 eur per day. The parking's address is 16 George Washington Street.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
