The bright and high quality furnished 3 -room flat with 2 cosy bedrooms (2 box spring beds and 1 single bed) and a home office room is the perfect place to relax in a quiet environment.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the toilet is separate. The living and dining area impresses with a large, modern kitchen facing south (garden).

The communal garden invites you to linger on sunny days.

The flat is located in the Hohenschönhausen district in the Pankow district of Berlin. The street is a quiet residential street with a number of apartment buildings and some shops nearby. The biggest advantage is definitely the Oberse in 2min walking distance and the Orankesee, which invites you to swim (outdoor pool) in summer.

The nearest public transport is the tram stop Landsberger Allee/Petersburger Straße (lines M5, M6, M8) and the bus stop Zingster Str./Köpenicker Allee (line 156), both about 5 minutes walk from the flat.

There are various shopping facilities in the area, including a supermarket and a drugstore near the tram stop. There are also several restaurants and cafés nearby, especially along nearby Landsberger Allee.
