Beköltözésre kész lakás, ahová elegendő a ruháit és legfontosabb személyes tárgyait magával hoznia, ahhoz, hogy ne kelljen az otthona kényelmét nélkülöznie.

A mindennel felszerelt, bútorozott, gépesített lakás egy hatlakásos újépítésű társasház földszintjén található, Siófokon. A terasz közvetlenül kapcsolódik a társasház kertjéhez, amelyből egy kicsi jelképesen leválasztott rész kizárólag a lakásé. A kertben medence és sütögetőhely található, amelyet bármelyik lakás szabadon használhat.

A lakás helyiségei a következőek:
- 1 x hálószoba egy franciaággyal és egy egyszemélyes ággyal
- 1 x amerikai konyhás nappali kanapéággyal
- 1 x fürdőszoba
- 1 x terasz

Összesen öt fő részére van fekhely a lakásban, de hosszabb távra legfeljebb két felnőtt és egy gyermek számára javasoljuk.

A lakás teljesen bútorozott és gépesített. A konyhában fagysztórészes hűtőszekrény, indukciós főzőlap, elektromos sütő, mosogatógép, mikró, szagelszívó, kávéfőző és alapvető edények is találhatóak. A nappaliban síkképernyős televízió és hűtő-fűtő légkondícionáló van. Továbbá a lakás mosógéppel és hajszárítóval is felszerelt. A lakásban optikai kábeles 2000 mbit/sec maximális letöltési sebességű internet érhető el.

A Balaton 5 percnyi sétaútra van a lakástól, a mindig nyüzsgő Petőfi-sétány 15 percre. 1 kilométeres körzetben elérhető: Spar, Lidl, Penny, OMW Spar Express 0-24, vásárcsarnok, pékség, kórház, gyógyszertár, étterem. 2,5 kilométerre Tesco és Aldi is van.

Parkolni a társasház udvarán kijelölt privát parkolóhelyen lehetséges, részét képezi a béreltidíjnak, továbbá az utcán is ingyenes a parkolás.

A lakásban tilos a dohányzás, kisállat megegyezés szerint hozható.

Excellent and modern apartment, close to Siofok center and a few minutes from Lake Balaton. Furnished with all appliances, heating and internet work very well. Recommended for those working remotely.

Extremely safe, not much people around except during high season, so great for those who are looking to enjoy peaceful days around Balaton.

The neighborhood is residential and quiet, except when the train passes by — you can hear it, but it’s not disturbing. It’s about a 7-minute walk to Lake Balaton.
