Studio direkt am Strand, nur wenige Meter von den Bushaltestellen M-160, M-163 und M-164 entfernt. Neben Restaurants, Bars, Lebensmittelgeschäften, Banken und zahlreichen anderen Dienstleistungen.

Die Cala-Messe befindet sich direkt hinter der Wohnung. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe, aber die Gegend ist stark befahren und es werden stattdessen öffentliche Verkehrsmittel empfohlen.

Die Unterkunft liegt 20 m mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Malaga und 15 km vom Zentrum von Malaga entfernt.

38 m2 großes Studio. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zur Promenade direkt am Strand. Es gibt einen Raum ohne Tür (deshalb nennen wir ihn Arbeitszimmer). Doppelbett 160 x 200. Klimaanlage. Schlafsofa. FERNSEHER. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kapselkaffeemaschine, eine Waschmaschine, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster.

Die Fassade befindet sich im Bau, aber sie steht kurz vor der Fertigstellung.
