The apartment is centrally located, with the Nyugati railway station only a few steps away. Various metro, tram, and bus stations are located nearby. Within walking distance, you can reach multiple restaurants, cafes, shops, and the very center of Budapest. Popular places such as Andrassy Utca, St. Stephen's Basilica, and ruin bars are all within reach by foot.
Important information:
Utility costs are house fees included in the rent prices up until the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law; which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the monthly bills that we receive after each completed calendar month.
