The price includes weekly cleaning at 50 EUR per week (general cleaning, towel, and linen change), additional 2,500 HUF surcharge per person above 2 people renting. For longer term rents, we will provide two sets of towels and linen, should you need to change during the week. This is mandatory to ensure maintenance of the property, you need to provide a two hour slot during standard working hours during the week and not on national holidays.
Whilst we aim to execute equipment maintenance (AC/boiler) during unrented times, the annual maintenance may fall into a rented timeslot. In this case we ask you to accommodate a visit, which will be overseen by our staff to ensure security for you.
Unless we pre-arranged service or any third party visit with you, we ask you not to let anyone into the property for your and the apartment's safety. Whilst Budapest is a safe city, especially the area where the apartment is located at, unfortunate scams can occur anywhere.
Lost key fee: 300 EUR.
If applicable, lost parking card fee: 100 EUR.

Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine wöchentliche Reinigung für 50 EUR pro Woche (allgemeine Reinigung, Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel); ab der dritten Person wird ein Aufpreis von 2.500 HUF pro Person berechnet.
