Das komplett neu im hellen Scandi-Boho Style gestaltete 2 Raum Studio empfängt Sie in einem luftigen Wohn-Esszimmer mit komplett eingerichteter Küche. Das gemütliche Schlafzimmer bietet zusätzlich einen Arbeitsplatz und jede Menge Stauraum.

Das Highlight der Wohnung ist aber der westseitig ausgerichtete Balkon mit Pöstlingberg-Blick. Ob Sie einen Drink an der Bar beim Sonnenuntergang genießen oder lieber in der Lounge chillen- entscheiden Sie selber, was ihr Lieblingsplatz werden soll.

Das Badezimmer erstrahlt wie auch die übrigen Räume in hellen Farben und bietet neben einer Dusche und einem separaten WC einen Ausblick durch das Bullauge vom Waschtisch aus..

Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet mit Geschirrspüler und Espressomaschine. Eine Waschmaschine rundet den Komfort ab.

Die Beleuchtung ist mittels Tablet flexibel einstellbar und ermöglicht gedimmtes Stimmungslicht am Abend.

Internet steht zu Ihrer Verfügung ebenso wie ein Smart TV.

Ein Aufzug bringt Sie mühelos in den 5. Stock. Parkplätze gegen Gebühr finden Sie in unmittelbarer Umgebung oder in der nahen Parkgarage ( Buchung eines Dauerparkplatzes ist möglich).
Perfekte Citylage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Lebensmittelgeschäft 1 Minute fußläufig, Shopping Mall in ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung. Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Linzer Stadtzentrum erreichen Sie mit der Straßenbahn ( 1 Station) oder zu Fuß über die Nibelungenbrücke in 10 Minuten. Der Donaustrand in Alturfahr ( fußläufig 5 Minuten) eröffnet Ihnen Strandfeeling mitten in der Stadt. Weiters erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten den Donauradweg oder Spazierwege im Grünen.
