Our warm, lovely boutique 70m2 apartment is located in lively & central located Bohemian Zizkov district, which is packed with amazing bars, restaurants, clubs, pubs, cafes and surrounded with several parks, which offers one of the best views over Prague. The apt was built by a famous Czech design studio MIMOLIMIT and is located on the 4th floor of a completely brand new building.
The Zizkov district is a neighboring district to the downtown area, so all major touristic attractions are accessible within few minutes on foot or by tram (4min away) or bus (2min away). Zizkov used to be a home of blue color workers, who build the beautiful city of Prague. Die Wohnung wurde von einem berühmten tschechischen Designstudio MIMOLIMIT gebaut und befindet sich im 4. Stock eines komplett neuen Gebäudes.
Der Stadtteil Zizkov ist ein Nachbarbezirk des Stadtzentrums, so dass alle wichtigen touristischen Attraktionen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn (4 Minuten entfernt) oder dem Bus (2 Minuten entfernt) erreichbar sind. Zizkov war früher die Heimat der Arbeiter der blauen Farbe, die die schöne Stadt Prag gebaut haben. Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Lovely apartment, perfectly situated for travel around Prague, with every amenity that a person could need. The building is new and beautifully maintained. A great sense of security. Everything was within walking distance and easily reachable
