Newly renovated, its style and colors are characteristic of industrial design. The living room and kitchen nook share a single space and are separated from each other with a low half-wall. The kitchen area contains a large dining/work table and is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, as well as a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffeemaker and microwave oven with grill.
In the living area, an armchair, a coffee table and a working fireplace are situated in front of a wide balcony door. At the shorter leg of the “L”, a single step takes you up to the wood-floored sleeping area with its double bed and the attractive bathroom furnished with a shower stall.
A good sized three-door clothes closet and the shelves located in the living area complete the layout. The balcony wraps around the two sides of the studio and can be used as a sitting area during the summer, as well as for hanging laundry.

Der Raum wurde architektonisch so gestaltet, dass er allen modernen Anforderungen gerecht wird, und bietet bequem Platz für ein Paar.
Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und zeichnet sich durch seinen Stil und seine Farben im Industrial Design aus. Der Wohnbereich und die Küchenecke teilen sich einen einzigen Raum und sind durch eine niedrige Trennwand voneinander getrennt. Der Küchenbereich verfügt über einen großen Ess-/Arbeitstisch und ist komplett mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien und Geschirr sowie einem Kühlschrank, einem Cerankochfeld, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion ausgestattet.
Im Wohnbereich befinden sich ein Sessel, ein Couchtisch und ein funktionierender Kamin vor einer breiten Balkontür. An der kürzeren Seite des „L” führt eine einzige Stufe hinauf zum Schlafbereich mit Holzboden, Doppelbett und dem attraktiven Badezimmer mit Duschkabine.
Ein geräumiger dreitüriger Kleiderschrank und die Regale im Wohnbereich vervollständigen die Einrichtung. Der Balkon umgibt das Studio an zwei Seiten und kann im Sommer als Sitzbereich sowie zum Aufhängen von Wäsche genutzt werden.
Das Studio ist mit Klimaanlage, Flachbildfernseher und WLAN-Internetzugang ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, ebenso wie ein kostenloses Willkommenspaket mit Toilettenartikeln.
