Property managers were kind, but the owner/landlord was quite disingenuous. She marked a tower fan as Airconditioning, then when I was kind enough to let her arrange an airconditioner she almost comically delivered me a usb powered desk fan the size of my hand.

if you have a car I suggest just booking on the buda side of the city. Much cleaner and safer.
