Unique 3-room apartment with direct Danube bank access. You can relax freely in the private garden of the apartment, and you can use the shared wellness pool free of charge during opening hours. The apartment is fully equipped, free wifi, flat screen TV, air conditioning. In the covered underground garage, we provide 1 fixed parking space for 1 car free of charge for our guests. It is far away from the dusty downtown, yet within reach of the center even by public transport. The accommodation has a direct Danube bank connection. There are social holiday buildings on the plot, in which there is a mixed residential community. Mostly owners and tenants living here, but there are also several business premises, offices and apartments operating as accommodation. Each of the homes has a small or large terrace, and the apartments on the ground floor have their own exclusive garden connection. This apartment also has a private garden area for private use, which is always respected as private property by the residents. The spacious common garden and the playground there can be used freely by all residents, while the use of the infrastructure necessary for barbecuing must be indicated in advance to the host. Guests can use the 100m2 private garden connection directly adjacent to the apartment without restrictions and undisturbed. The children's trampoline and play area in the common garden, as well as the barbecue area, can be used at the specified time, if it is not already occupied. The pool can be used unlimitedly during opening hours, but the personal belongings of other residents must be respected, such as sunbeds, pool toys.
