Hi! I’m renting out my personal apartment. It’s a 23+12 sqm duplex that I’ve furnished for myself, so it’s fully functional, aesthetic, and ready to live in.
The Space:
> Fully Loaded: AC (cooling/heating), dishwasher, integrated washer-dryer, coffee maker, Airfryer, oven, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
> The View: It’s on the ground floor, facing a quiet, lush green inner garden. No street noise at all.
> The Area: Right in the heart of the city. Shops, restaurants, bars.
Transport: Excellent connectivity. Metro lines M3 and M4, the 24/7 Tram 4-6, and several trolley lines are just steps away.

Hallo! Ich vermiete meine private Wohnung. Es handelt sich um eine 23+12 m² große Maisonette-Wohnung, die ich für mich selbst eingerichtet habe, sodass sie voll funktionsfähig, ästhetisch ansprechend und bezugsfertig ist.
Die Wohnung:
> Voll ausgestattet: Klimaanlage (Kühlen/Heizen), Geschirrspüler, integrierte Wasch-Trocken-Kombination, Kaffeemaschine, Heißluftfritteuse, Backofen und Highspeed-WLAN.
> Die Aussicht: Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und blickt auf einen ruhigen, üppig begrünten Innengarten. Es gibt keinerlei Straßenlärm.
> Die Lage: Mitten im Herzen der Stadt. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars.
Verkehrsanbindung: Hervorragende Anbindung. Die U-Bahn-Linien M3 und M4, die rund um die Uhr verkehrenden Straßenbahnlinien 4 und 6 sowie mehrere Oberleitungsbuslinien sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.
The apartment was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the air conditioning during the warmer days, the air purifier, and the excellent shower. All of which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is one of its biggest strengths. It’s just a short walk to the metro, trams, and buses, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach.
Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free.
Overall, this apartment was the perfect base for my stay in Budapest. It combines comfort, convenience, and a great location, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The neighbourhood is vibrant, safe, and exceptionally well connected. Metro, tram, and bus stops are just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Budapest. One of my favourite spots, Time Out Market Budapest, is within walking distance (or just one bus stop away), making it perfect for food lovers. There are also cafés, bakeries, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, so everything you need is close at hand. It’s an ideal location for both short visits and longer stays.
