Eine komfortable Zweizimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Außeneingang, die erst kürzlich erbaut und im Jahr 2025 unter Verwendung umweltfreundlicher Materialien renoviert wurde. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer sehr verkehrsgünstigen und gut angebundenen Lage, direkt im Zentrum von Pozzallo, nur einen Steinwurf vom Stadtpark und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und komfortabel, ideal für Paare und Familien mit Kindern. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen + 1 Baby und umfasst:

- Geräumigen offenen Wohnbereich mit Wohnzimmer, Küche und Essbereich, mit einem Doppelschlafsofa, Smart-TV mit WLAN-Anschluss und Klimaanlage (warm/kalt)
- 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Kinderbett und Klimaanlage (warm/kalt)

Ausstattung und Annehmlichkeiten:

Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schlichte, aber voll funktionsfähige Ausstattung mit hochwertigen, neu angeschafften Einrichtungsgegenständen: eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle und Kochfeld; eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner; sowie unbegrenztes WLAN im gesamten Haus. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden stets bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer kleinen Straße, abgeschirmt von Verkehr und Lärm, und die hochmodernen Fenster und Türen dämmen jegliche Außengeräusche ab und sorgen so für maximale Ruhe und Stille. Die Zimmer sind mit Gemälden geschmückt, die eine Sammlung von Originalkunstwerken zeigen, die der ikonischsten Architektur der Städte im Val di Noto gewidmet sind – ein künstlerisches Projekt, das von Paolo, dem Gastgeber, kuratiert wurde. Die Wohnung entspricht allen geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften (Feuerlöscher, Gas- und Kohlenmonoxidmelder).

Lage:

Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt im Zentrum, und die Umgebung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen könnten: einen Supermarkt, Bars, einen Zeitungskiosk, einen Tabakladen, eine Apotheke, ein Postamt, Banken, Restaurants, Kneipen und Geschäfte aller Art. Der Strand ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Unterkunft liegt zudem etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Fernbushaltestelle entfernt und ist somit ideal für Reisende ohne Auto.

Haustiere:

Ihre vierbeinigen Freunde sind willkommen (maximal zwei). Bitte geben Sie deren Anwesenheit bei der Buchung an, da für ihren Aufenthalt ein kleiner Aufpreis anfällt. Aus hygienischen Gründen gilt lediglich die Einschränkung, dass sie nicht auf Betten oder Sofas dürfen; sollte Ihr Haustier diese Gewohnheit haben, bringen Sie bitte Schutzlaken mit.

My name is Paolo, I am born in 1985 and I live in Pozzallo (province of Ragusa, south-eastern Sicily), a charming seaside town renowned for its beautiful beaches and wonderful surrounding territory. I have been managing two short-term rental apartments for over 10 years, and since 2026 I have been operating under my registered trademark Pozzallo Affitti Brevi / Short Rentals. Both apartments are situated in well-served, central locations, making it easy to explore the town entirely on foot. As a touch of our creative hospitality, the apartments are decorated with an exclusive series of original vector illustrations designed by me, depicting the iconic monuments of the Val di Noto. I truly love welcoming my guests and ensuring they have the best possible stay by sharing local tips on the best places to visit, how to get around, and where to eat. I am always available to help with anything my guests might need, including car journeys and exploring the local area. Pozzallo is part of the Val di Noto region, world-famous for its UNESCO World Heritage Baroque towns such as Noto, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, and Syracuse. All of these cultural gems are within a 20 to 40-minute drive, making Pozzallo a strategic and ideal base for exploring the whole of south-eastern Sicily. Here, you can enjoy an authentic, friendly coastal community and a remarkably mild climate, even during the winter months. Furthermore, from Pozzallo it is possible to embark for Malta, and reach the island in less than 2 hours.
