Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist mit Tisch, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und einem kleinen Arbeitsplatz ausgestattet. Ein gemütlicher, heller Raum mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank. Voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Klimaanlage nur im Essbereich. Die Wohnung befindet sich im fünften Stock (mit Aufzug). Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte und Parks befinden sich in der Nähe. Zugang für Gäste: Die Mieter können die gesamte Wohnung sowie die Gemeinschaftsterrasse nutzen. Sonstige Hinweise: Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 1 Monat, die Höchstdauer 11 Monate; zudem ist eine zusätzliche Kaution zu hinterlegen. Den Mietern wird ein Inventarverzeichnis zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine behördliche Anmeldung (Empadronamiento) ist nicht möglich. *Diese Immobilie wird ausschließlich als Unterkunft auf Zeit vermietet, nicht zu touristischen Zwecken.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
