Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (150 cm) und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, das zweite verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und einen Kleiderschrank. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Waschtrockner, Küchenutensilien, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung befindet sich im sechsten Stock (mit Aufzug). Familienfreundliche Gegend mit Supermärkten, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist „Angel Guimerá“ (5 Gehminuten entfernt). Mietdauer: mindestens 1 Monat, maximal 11 Monate; zusätzlich ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen. Den Mietern wird zudem ein Inventarverzeichnis zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine behördliche Anmeldung (Empadronamiento) ist nicht möglich. *Diese Immobilie wird ausschließlich als vorübergehende Unterkunft vermietet, nicht zu touristischen Zwecken.
