Elegant apartment located in a residential area of Málaga. Enjoy your stay in Málaga in the heart of Lagunillas, Málaga's artistic district, just steps from Plaza de la Merced. Despite being very close to all amenities, it is very quiet and bright: Picasso's Birthplace: 350 meters, the Alcazaba and Roman Theatre are 600 meters away, the Thyssen Museum is 1 km away, Muelle Uno is 1 km away, and La Malagueta Beach is 1.2 km away.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, and 2 single beds and desk. Both bedrooms have small balconies. The living room includes an open-plan kitchen with everything you need for your stay: oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.
Please, note this aparment is situated in a building without lift but it is on 1st floor. Furthermore, it is located on a slope, so we do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility.
Air conditioning only in the living room. Bedrooms have fan.
