The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) with direct access to a private garden — perfect for having breakfast outside, working in the fresh air on warm mornings, or letting kids play safely. The garden has outdoor seating and gets lovely light throughout the day. Inside you'll also find a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a fan for the warm summer nights. All utilities are included in the rent: water, electricity, and internet — no surprises, no extra bills.
The neighborhood is one of the few areas of Lisbon that still feels genuinely Portuguese: quiet residential streets, local cafés, pharmacies, and plenty of both Portuguese and international restaurants nearby. Everyday life is easy — the Auchan supermarket is a 3-minute walk away, and Continente is 10 minutes on foot.
You're also perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Lisbon: the Jerónimos Monastery is just a 10-minute walk away, Monsanto Park (the city's huge green lung, great for walks and picnics) is 15 minutes by car, and Praça do Comércio in the city center is about 25 minutes by public transport, with buses and trams connecting the neighborhood to the rest of the city.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.

Alles in einem Preis. Die monatliche Miete schließt Dienstleistungen einschl. Internet und Energien ein und wird nicht berechnet, wenn sie 25 % der monatlichen Zahlung nicht überschreitet. Dadurch sparen Sie eine Menge Administrative bei der Wohnungsübergabe.
