Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Zentralheizung und eine Klimaanlage für die Sommermonate, sodass sie das ganze Jahr über angenehm bewohnbar ist. Die Küche ist für den täglichen Kochbedarf ausgestattet und umfasst einen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle, einen Backofen, einen Herd, einen Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine sowie einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank für Ihre Kleidung und Ihre persönlichen Gegenstände. Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die besonders bei längeren Aufenthalten nützlich sind.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
