Bright and cosy 52 m² 2+kk apartment on the border of Vinohrady and Vršovice, in an Art Nouveau building dating back to 1910. The apartment has undergone extensive renovation and is fully equipped for comfortable longer stays.
The south-facing living room offers plenty of natural light and views of Heroldovy Sady. The separate north-facing bedroom is quiet and pleasantly cool for sleeping, with a view of the green courtyard and a huge oak tree. The bedroom also has a spacious walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

Eine gemütliche Verlängerung. Möchten Sie länger in der Wohnung bleiben? Kein Problem. Hat der Besitzer die Wohnung für Sie frei, dann erfolgt die Verlängerung des Vertrages online. Genauso einfach ist die Kündigung des Vertrages mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 30 Tagen, die auch online erfolgt.
