Für den Alltag in El Cotillo ist ein Auto nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Wenn du jedoch den Rest Fuerteventuras erkunden möchtest, ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Der Flughafen liegt etwa 44 km entfernt und ist mit dem Auto in rund 40–45 Minuten erreichbar.
